안영훈 박사는 2020년부터 현재까지 대통령소속 제주-세종자치분권·균형발전특별위원회 위원, 2019부터 법제처 (비상임) 법제자문관, 한세대학교 산학연구단 공공정책미래연구소 소장을 맡고 있다.

Dr. Young-hoon AHN, Chief Director of the Public Policy Future Institute (PPFI) in Hansei University, Seoul, Korea, have been working in the field of Decentralization, Strategic Planning, Constitutional Change and Disaster and Security Management Center for developing Central and Local governments public policies and systems for the Korean Central and Local governments, conducting teaching, training and research tasks for Korean and foreign public officials. Ph.D. in Public Law from Paris II University and working as advisory member and expert to the diverse public institutions: Presidential Committee on Decentralization and Regional Balanced Development, he coauthored many writings in Korean on Inclusive Decentralization and Intergovernmental Relations (co-authored, 2021), Intergovernmental Cooperation (co-authored, 2019), Comparative Local Governments (co-authored, 2019).
