최영준 교수는 연세대학교 행정학과 교수이며 연세대학교 복지국가연구센터 소장이다. 이전에는 옥스포드대학 전임강사, 영국바스대학교, 고려대학교에서 교수, LAB2050 이사장 겸 연구위원장, 대통령정책기획위원회 자문위원 등을 역임하였다.  사회정책과 비교정책을 전공하고 있으며, 최근 혁신과 포용, 사회투자와 복지국가, 인구변화와 사회정책 등을 연구하고 있다. 최근 저서로는 자신에게 고용된 사람들, 복지국가 쟁점1, 코로나0년, 초회복의 시작 등이 있다. 

Young Jun Choi is a Professor at the Department of Public Administration and a Director of the Institute for Welfare State Research, Yonsei University. He was a faculty member at the University of Oxford, the University of Bath, and Korea University. His research interest lies in innovation and inclusive growth, social investment, and ageing and social policy. He has published many academic articles and books relating to social policies and welfare states.
