장영호는 싱가포르 사회과학 대학교, 경영대학에 재직 중이다. 주요 연구 분야는 기후변화의 경제학, 에너지와 안보, 석유와 경제, 전력시장의 경제학 그리고 지속성장과 그린 파이낸스 등이다. 국제학회지에 활발하게 저술 활동읗 하고 있다. 미국 하와이 대학교 (마노아)에서 환경 자원 경제학 전공으로 박사 학위를 받았다

Youngho Chang is with School of Business, Singapore University of Social Sciences in Singapore. He specializes in the economics of climate change, energy and security, oil and economy, the economics of electricity market, and sustainability and green finance. He has published his research output in various internationally referred journals such as Energy Economics, Energy Policy, Empirical Economics, Resources Policy and Econometrics Journal. Before working in the academy, He received his Ph.D. in Economics (Environmental and Resource Economics) from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, U.S.A.
