비비안 린 박사는 홍콩대학교 LKS의과 대학 부학장이다. 그녀는 현재 공중 보건 실무 교수직을 겸임하여 자원 개발/관리 및 인적 자원과 예산, 인프라 및 제도발전을 포함한 의학부의 정책 시행 및 조직 개발을 책임지고 있다. 그녀는 보건 계획, 공중 보건 교육 및 연구와 보건정책 및 프로그램 개발에 관해 30년 이상의 경험을 가지고 있다. 부학장직을 맡기 전 멜버른 소재 라 트로베대학의 공중보건학과 교수이자 최고 책임자로 활동하였으며 호주의 주요 공공 보건 교과서 외 호주와 중국 및 전 세계의 보건 문제에 관한 많은 기사의 저자이다.

Dr. Vivian Lin is the Executive Associate Dean at LKS Faculty of Medicine at the University of Hong Kong. She is concurrently Professor of Public Health Practice, responsible for resource development & management, policy implementation and organizational development to the Faculty of Medicine –including human resources and budget, infrastructure, and institutional developments. She has more than 30 years of experience in health policy and program development, health planning, and public health teaching and research. She was previously Professor of Public Health and Head of the School of Public Health at La Trobe University, in Melbourne, and is the author of several leading public health textbooks in Australia and numerous articles on health issues in Australia, China, and globally.
