	Jeju Bar Association 제주지방변호사회 Manager 총무이사 강병삼은 2012년부터 제주에서 활동하고 있는 변호사이다. 제주지방변호사회에서 4년간 이사를 하고, 현재는 총무이사로 변호사회의 업무를 하고 있다. 제주지방법원 국선운영위원, 제주지방검찰청 정보공개심의위원, 제주도교육청 소청심사위원 등 법조분야에서 다양한 활동을 하고 있다.
