김정득은 제주연구원 사회복지연구센터 센터장이다. 그녀는 장애인, 비행청소년, 미혼모가정 등을 대상으로 하는 복지 현장에서 수년간의 실천경험을 가지고 있다. 특히 정신질환 장애인과 발달장애인 당사자 및 가족과 관련하여 오랜 현장경험이 있고, 이와 관련된 주제로 박사학위를 받았다. 이후 대전복지재단 정책연구팀장으로 지역사회 사회복지정책개발 및 조사연구를 수행하였는데, 주로 장애인복지 관련 연구와 사회복지서비스 전달체계에 대한 연구를 이어왔다. 2019년 제주연구원 사회복지연구센터에 부임한 이후 제주시 장애인 지역사회 통합돌봄사업을 기획하는 일에 참여하였고, 특히 올해 전국최초로 제주지역 시청각장애인 전수조사를 실시하였고 연구결과발표를 준비중이다. 김정득은 연세대학교에서 학사학위를, 충남대학교에서 석·박사 학위를 받았다.

In particular, she has a lot of field experience in relation to people with mental disorders, developmentally disabled people, and their families, and has received a doctorate in a related major. Afterwards, as the head of the policy research team at the Daejeon Welfare Foundation, she developed and researched social welfare policies for the local community, mainly on the welfare of disabled people and the delivery system of social welfare service. After joining the Social Welfare Research Center
at Jeju Research Institute in 2019, she participated in planning an integrated
care project for the disabled community in the City of Jeju. Kim has a bachelor's
degree from Yonsei University and master's and doctoral degrees from Chungnam National University."
