신용호는 현재 보건복지부 장애인정책국 장애인권익지원과 과장이다. 본래 장애우권익문제연구소에서 20년 동안 장애인 복지을 위한 NGO 활동을 해 왔으며, 2018년부터 보건복지부에서 과장으로 재직하면서, 장애인의 지역사회 참여 업무, 장애인차별업무, 장애인편의시설업무, 국제협력 업무를 중심으로 일하고 있다. 신용호는 중앙대학교에서 사회복지학 석사 학위를 받았다.

Yongho SHIN began his career working at the Research Institute of the Differently Abled Persons’ Rights in Korea (RIDRIK), an NGO that supports
the disabled, for 20 years. He has been serving as a director at the MOHW since 2018, focusing on community participation, disability discrimination, facilities and international cooperation.
Currently heads the Department of Human Rights Support for the Disabled at the Ministry of Health and Welfare. Mr. SHIN received a master's degree in Social Welfare from Chung-Ang University.
