이네스 불릭 코조카리우는 유럽자립생활네트워크(ENIL, European Network on Independent Living)의 이사이자 장애인 권리 상담사로 활동하고 있으며, 유럽 내 유엔 장애인권리협약(UN CRPD, UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities) 시행과 관련 법 및 정책 전문가입니다. 2005년 유럽공동체생활연합(ECCL, European Coalition for Community Living)의 코디네이터로 임명된 이후, 자립생활권과 탈 시설화, 그리고 유럽기금의 장애인 지원에 헌신해오고 있습니다.
또한 다양한 관련 발행물, 정책서 및 지침들을 집필 및 지원하고 있으며, 시설보호에서 공동체생활로의 전환 및 장애인권리협약 제19조에 대해 주기적으로 교육을 진행하고 있습니다. 부다페스트 중앙유럽대학에서 인권 분야 석사학위를 취득(2002/2003)한 후 크로아티아 암네스티 인터내셔널에서 근무하였습니다.

Ines Bulić Cojocariu is the director of the European Network on Independent Living (ENIL) and a disability rights consultant, with expertise in the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) and the related laws and policies at the European level. Since 2005, when she was appointed the Coordinator of the European Coalition for Community Living (ECCL), her work has focused on the right to independent living, deinstitutionalisation and the use of European Union funds in relation to persons with disabilities. She has written or contributed to a number of publications, policy papers and manuals on these topics, and regularly delivers training on how to move away from institutional care to living in the community, and on Article 19 CRPD. Ines has an MA in Human Rights from the Central European University in Budapest (2002/2003) and has previously worked at Amnesty International Croatia.
