변경희는 2001년도부터 한신대학교 재활상담학과에서 교수로 재직중이다. 연세대학교에서 사회학과를 졸업하고 난 후 미국 University of Wisconsin-Madison에서 재활상담학과에서 석박사를 받았다. 주요 연구 분야는 장애인복지와 직업재활영역이다. 그 중 장애인들의 자립과 관련하여 주거 연구를 진행하였으며 특히 공동생활가정과 관련해서는 17년 정도의 현장경험이 있다.

Kyonghee BAIK has been a professor of Rehabilitation Counseling at Hanshin University since 2001. After graduating from Yonsei University in Sociology, he received a master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the United States. His study focus has been on welfare for the disabled and vocational rehabilitation. He conducted residential research on the independence of disabled people, and has about 17 years’ field xperience, especially in relation to joint living families.
