Dr. Douglas B. Fuller is an Associate Professor in the Department of Asian and International Studies at City University of Hong Kong. He holds a Ph.D. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology(MIT). His work spans political economy of development, international political economy and technology policy. He is the author of Paper Tigers, Hidden Dragons: Firms and the Political Economy of China’s Technological Development (OUP 2016, 2019).
