좌남수(左楠守, 1949년 10월 10일)는 현(現) 제주특별자치도의회 의장으로, 제8대, 제9대, 제10대 제주특별자치도의회 의원(2006~2018)을 지냈고, 제11대 제주특별자치도의회 의원으로 활동하다 2020년 7월 제주특별자치도의회 의장(2020.7.1.~2022.6.31.)으 로 선출되었다. 또한, 지역사회 발전을 위하여 한국노동조합총연맹 제주도지역본부 의장(4선)을 지냈고, 제주사회복지공동모금회 부회장, 제주씨그랜트사업단 자문위원, 제주도 경제살리기 대책위원회 위원, 제주도 물가대책위원회 위원 등을 역임했다.

Jwa Nam-su is currently the chairman of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Council. and served as a counselor from the 8th to the 11th. he was elected president of the provincial council in July 2020. and the term of office is from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022. For the development of the local community, he also served as the 4th president of the Jeju Island Regional Headquarters of the Korea Federation of Trade Unions and Jeju Social Welfare Community Chest vice-chairman, Jeju Sea Grant Project Group Advisory Committee, Member of the Jeju Island Economy Revitalization Task Force, Member of Jeju Inflation Committee and so on.
