Working since the inception of JDC in 2002, Son also served as the director of Goods Planning Department of JDC Duty Free Shop and Global Education City project, the core business for Jeju Free International City. 손봉수 실장은 현재 제주국제자유도시개발센터(JDC) 기획조정실장으로 JDC 정책 수립을 비롯해 조직 운영과 예산관리를 총괄하고 있다. 또한, 2002년 JDC 창립 시기부터 근무하며 상품기획처장, 교육도시처장 등을 역임함으로써 제주국제자유도시 조성을 위한 핵심 프로젝트를 담당해왔다.
