Born in Cheonan in 1945, Chairman Lee Jong-Ok earned her master's degree in social welfare at the Graduate School of Urban Science at University of Seoul and served as the head of the Life Line Korea “Agape`s House”. She published her papers "The Love Motivation Study in the GeumOh Mythology" and "The Study on the Effect of Participation in the Elderly Welfare Center Program on the Elderly's Life Satisfaction," and is interested in ways to utilize volunteer work in Korea. Since 1978, she has been working as a telephone counselor for Life Line Korea, a social welfare corporation, and has been helping people in pain and crisis through more than 5,000 hours of telephone counseling. Currently, she is working as a managing director of the Seoul branch of Life Line Korea, a social welfare corporation, and chairman of the Agape Welfare Trust.

이종옥 이사장은 1945년 천안에서 출생하여, 서울시립대학교 도시과학대학원 사회복지학과에서 석사학위를 취득하였으며 사회복지법인 한국생명의전화 아가페의 집 원장을 역임하였다. 그녀는 <금오신화에 나타난 애정모티브 연구>, <노인종합복지관 프로그램 참여가 노인의 생활 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구>논문을 발표했으며, 우리나라의 자원봉사활용 방안에 관심이 많다. 그녀는 1978년부터 사회복지법인 한국생명의전화 상담봉사원 활동을 하고 있으며, 5,000시간이 넘는 전화상담을 통해 고통과 위기에 처한 사람들을 돕고 있다. 현재는 사회복지법인 한국생명의전화 서울지부 운영이사와 사단법인 아가페복지 이사장 업무를 수행하고 있다.
