LEE Eunhyung 이은형
	Kookmin University 국민대학교 Dean of College of Business Administration 경영대학장 Dr. Lee is a professor of the College of Business Administration, Kookmin University and has been teaching Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior, and Leadership since 2005. She has led the Korean Women Economic Policy Forum from 2019 to 2019 and spent one year as a visiting scholar at the George Fox University, Oregon in 2014. She was also Member of the Performance Evaluation Board of Pension, Fund and Public Enterprises of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance, Foreign Press Spokesperson of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. For 7 years She was a reporter at Kyunghyang Daily News, covering mainly economic and industry news. Dr. Lee’s current research is about ‘Managing Generation Gap’ ‘CEO change’, ‘Women and Leadership’ and ‘Key success factor of Korean Chaebols’. She has written several books in Korean such as “Making Millennials Good Partners at Workplace” “Effective CEO Succession Plan” “Antecedents and Effects of CEO Change” and “Creative Management”. She has published several articles that analyze the source of differences between male and female managers’ performances. 이은형 국민대학교 경영 대학장은 2005년부터 국민대 경영학 교수로 재직하며, 조직 행동, 전략경영, CEO, 리더십 분야에서 강의와 연구를 주력해왔다. 서울대학교에서 국사를 전공했으며, KDI 국제정책대학원에서 경영학 석사와 박사 학위를 취득했다. 현재 산업부 규제 특례심의위원회 민간위원, 기획재정부 중장기 전략위원회 위원, SC 제일은행 사외이사, 인사 혁신처 자문위원으로 활동중이며, 한국여성경제학회장, 동반성장위원회 공익위원, 공공일자리 위원회 민간위원, 한국가스공사 혁신위원, 여성가족부 정책자문위원등을 역임했다. 밀레니얼과 함께 일하는 법(2019), 기업의 시대를 읽는 새로운 경영학(2018)등 다수의 저서와 사회적 네트워크의 관점에서 본 남녀관리자 임금차이(2014), 남녀관리자의 개인성과에 미치는 결정 요인 비교분석(2012)등 다수의 논문이 있다.
