Doo-Han KIM works as a director of Healthcare Town Department, Jeju Free International City Development Center(JDC) directing construction of Healthcare Town Healing Hills located in Seogwipo, Jeju. He focuses on activating local economy by attracting bio enterprises while dedicating himself to make Healthcare Town Healing Hills a medical tourism complex combined with wellness, medical and R&D functions. He has endeavored to construct Jeju Free International City by successively filling both project and support departments’ director posts in JDC since 2005, after serving as a policy adviser to the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province Governor. He completed a master’s degree in Energy Environmental Policy from Kyoto University, Japan. Meanwhile he has also translated two Japanese publications into Korean.

김두한 처장은 제주국제자유도시개발센터(JDC) 의료사업처장으로 근무하며 제주 서귀포에 위치한 헬스케어타운 힐링힐즈 조성을 총괄하고 있다. 헬스케어타운 힐링힐즈를 휴양, 의료, 연구 기능이 융합된 복합의료관광단지로 조성하는 가운데 바이오기업 유치를 통한 지역경제 활성화에 역점을 두고 있다. 제주특별자치도지사 정책보좌관을 거쳐 2005년부터 현재까지 JDC에서 사업 및 지원 부서장을 두루 역임하며 제주국제자유도시 조성에 이바지하고 있다. 일본 교토대학에서 석사 과정(에너지환경정책 전공)을 수료했으며 2권의 일서를 번역하기도 했다.
