Myung Hee Lee is the Executive Vice President at Pulmuone Foods Co, where he first started working in 1987. He started out as an HR specialist but held different positions including finance, customer service and sales during his career at Pulmuone. In 2012, he was promoted to EVP of HR responsible for overseeing the corporate-wide HR operations for more than 5,000 employees and in 4 different countries – Korea, US, Japan and China. After being promoted to EVP, he has been implementing industry-leading initiatives for women at workforce, such as implementing programs to secure 30% female executives across the board, building child-care facility for employees, proactive implementation of flexible work time for pregnant employees.

이명희(李明熙•56) 풀무원식품㈜ 인사기획실장은 1987년 풀무원 공채 3기로 입사하여, 인사기획 실무자로서 경력을 쌓은 후 경영지원, CS, 영업 등 풀무원 내 주요 보직을 거치며 얻은 경험 및 지식을 바탕으로 2012년 인사기획 담당 임원 보직에 취임하였다. 풀무원 그룹 전사의 인사업무를 총괄하는 임원으로서 풀무원의 인사제도 혁신을 주도하고 있으며, 특히 기업 내 여성인력 육성을 위해 여성임원 및 상위직 30% 확보 제도 기획, 직장어린이집 신설, 임산부 단축근무 확대 실시 등 산업을 선도하는 제도를 도입하여 대내외적으로 여성친화기업이라는 풀무원의 명성을 쌓는데 기여하고 있다.
