HAN Mei is the Deputy Secretary-General of Trilateral Cooperation Secretariat (TCS) since September 2017.

She graduated from Chongqing University, China and Joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China in 1998.

She served as counsellor, deputy director of Major Regional Issues Division and the Office of Korean Peninsular Affairs in the Department of Asian Affairs, MOFA. She also served in the Chinese embassies in UK (2009-2013) and Thailand (2001-2005).
