한정희는 2005년 대한민국 정부가 제주도를 <세계평화의 섬>으로 지정하고, 평화에 대한 홍보, 전시, 교육, 체험 등을 수행하기 위한 랜드마크 시설로 건립한 제주국제평화센터의 학예연구사이다. 제주국제평화센터에 입사하기 전, 언론에 다양한 문화평론을 기고하였으며 박물관과 관련된 책을 출판한바 있다. 또한, 예술철학을 기반으로 다양한 미술전시와 문화행사를 총괄 기획하였다. 현재는 세계평화의 섬 지정 14주년을 맞아 평화실천사업을 위한 다양한 기획을 하고 있다.


HAN Junghee is a curator at Jeju International Peace Center which is a landmark facility to promote peace through exhibition and education and to build an image of world peace island since the Government of the Republic of Korea has declared Jeju as the “The Island of World Peace” in 2005.

Prior to join the center, she published “A communicating museum for curator”, a book of Korean art history and wrote many essays in various media. She also conducted plenty of art exhibitions and events based the philosophy of art.

Recently, she has been working projects in commemoration of 14th anniversary in Island of World Peace.
