안형준은 과학기술정책연구원 부연구위원으로 재직중이다. 서울대학교 과학사및과학철학협동과정에서 과학철학으로 석사를 받았고, 미국 조지아공대에서 기술사(우주개발사)로 박사학위를 받았다. 또한 과학동아 기자로 수년간 일했던 경험이 있으며 산업기술연구회(현 과학기술연구회)에서 출연연구기관 기관평가를 담당하기도 하였다. 안형준은 현재 뉴스페이스 산업, 우주탐사와 국제협력 같은 다양한 우주관련 정책연구를 주로 하고 있다.

AN, Hyuong Joon is a associate research fellow at Science and Technology Policy Institute in Korea. He received his M.S. in the philosophy of science at Seoul National University and Ph.D. in the history of technology at Georgia Institute of Technology. Dr. An also worked as a science journalist for Donga Science for years, and took charge of the institutional evaluation for government-funded research institutes at Korea Research Council for Industrial Science & Technology. Currently, he is working on various space policy researches such as New Space industry, space exploration & international cooperation and so on.
