KIM Dok-Ju 김덕주
	Korea National Diplomatic Academy 국립외교원 Professor 교수 김덕주 교수는 모스크바 국립대학교 동방학연구소 강사(1994. 9 – 1995. 1), 이화여자대학교 초빙 겸임교수(2000. 3 – 2001. 2), 대통령직 인수위원회 자문위원(2003. 1 – 2003. 3), 국가정보원장 보좌역(2003. 5 – 2006. 1), 홋카이도대학 슬라브연구센터 객원교수(2007. 1 – 2007. 6), 게이오 대학 방문교수(2014. 6 – 2014. 12)를 역임하였고, 현재 외교부 국립외교원 외교안보연구소 유럽아프리카연구부장 및 교수로 재직 중이다. 김덕주 교수는 서울대학교 법과대학 졸업 후 러시아 모스크바 국립대학교에서 법학 박사학위를 취득하였으며, 주요 연구 분야는 국제법 및 러시아이다. 2008년 근정포장을 수여 받았다. Dr. KIM Dok-Ju is the Director-General and Professor of the Department of European and African Studies of the Institute of Foreign Affairs and National Security (IFANS) at the Korea National Diplomatic Academy (KNDA) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Prior to his current appointment, Dr. Kim was a Visiting Professor of Keio University (June 2014 – December 2014), Visiting Scholar of the Slavic-Eurasian Research Center at Hokkaido University (January 2007 – June 2007), Senior Assistant to the Director of the National Intelligence Service (NIS) (May 2003 - January 2006), Advisor to the Presidential Transition Committee (January 2003 - March 2003), Distinguished Guest Professor of Ewha Womans University (March 2000 - February 2001), and lecturer of the Institute of Practical Oriental Studies at Moscow State University (September 1994 - January 1995). Dr. Kim graduated from Seoul National University (B.A. and M.A. in Law) and received his Ph.D. in Jurisprudence from Moscow State University. Dr. Kim’s research area covers International Law and Russia. He was awarded the Service Merit Medal in 2008.
