문용린(文龍鱗) 장관은 대한민국 교육계의 최고 석학이다. 서울대 교육학과 학사 석사, 미국 미네소타대에서 교육심리학 박사. 대통령 직속 교육개혁위원회 상임위원과 40대 교육부장관을 지냈으며 35년간 서울대 교육학과 교수로 재직했고, 서울시교육감과 교직원공제회 이사장을 지냈다.
강점지능을 키우는 ‘다중지능이론’을 한국에 처음 소개하고, 서울시교육감 시절, 교육학자로 활동하며 얻은 성과와 세계 여러 학자들의 연구 사례들을 바탕으로 성공을 해야 행복해지는 것이 아니라 행복해야만 성공할 수 있으며, 한국의 잘못된 교육 방식을 바로잡고 ‘행복교과서’를 통해 부모와 교사, 아이가 모두 행복할 수 있는 새로운 교육 패러다임을 제시해 주었다.
현재는 푸른나무 청예단 이사장으로 청소년 학교폭력 예방과 사회적 관심 그리고 청소년 인성교육에 기여하고 있으며, CEO양성과 사회교육 사회공헌 사단법인 인간개발연구원 명예회장을 맡고 있다.

Yong-lin, Moon, is the highest scholar in Korean educational world. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from the Department of Education at Seoul National University and Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Minnesota, USA.
He served as a standing committee member of the Presidential Educational Reform Committee and as the 40th Minister of Education, the professor of the Department of education at Seoul National University for 35 years, chairman of the Korean Teachers' Credit Union (KTCU), the Seoul Superintendent of Education.
He first introduced "Multiple Intelligence Theory" enhancing strength intelligence. Based on his achievements and global research cases, he, as a Superintendent of Seoul, said, "Success does not only make you happy, but you can succeed if you are happy." In order to correct the wrong educational environment in Korea, he proposed a new educational paradigm through "Happy Textbook" that parents, teachers, and children can all be happy.
Currently, he is the president of Green Tree(ChungYaeDan), who contributes to the prevention of violence in juvenile schools, social interest, and youth personality education. He is the honorary chairman of the Korea Human Development Institute (CEO training, social education & contribution).
