AN Junseong 안준성
	First Attorneys at Law 퍼스트법무법인 Attorney-at-Law 미국변호사 안준성(An Junseong) 미국변호사는 대한민국 서울 삼성동에 소재한 법무법인 퍼스트의 외국변호사, 연세대학교 국제학대학원(GSIS)의 겸임교수이다. 연세대 국제학대학원(GSIS)에서 협상의 이론과 실제, 정보통신법 및 국제경영법을 강의한다. 안준성 미국변호사는 정보통신부의 법률자문으로 근무하면서 대한민국 정부 협상가로 일본, 싱가포르, EFTA와의 자유무역협정(FTA) 협상 및 미국무역대표부(USTR)와의 통상협상에 참가했다. 국무총리실 산하 정보통신정책연구원(KISDI)의 책임연구원으로 근무하면서, 외교통상부 산하 한국국제협력단(KOICA:코이카)의 ODA 프로젝트인 ‘베트남 ICT 입법지원사업’에 법률자문으로 참여했고, “Law on Information Technology” (“LUẬT CÔNG NGHỆ THÔNG TIN”: Law No. 67/2006/QH11)의 입법화에 기여하였다. 김·장(김앤장) 법률사무소의 외국법자문사(FLC)로 근무하면서, 국경간 거래 및 방송·통신 규제에 대한 법률자문을 제공했다. AN Junseong is a foreign attorney at First Lawyers at Law (law firm) in Seoul Korea and an adjunct professor of Graduate School of International Studies (GSIS) at Yonsei University. He teaches Theory and Practice of Negotiation, Global Challenges in Information Technology Law and International Business Law at Yonsei GSIS. An Junseong was a legal advisor to Ministry of Information and Communication and participated, as a Korean government negotiator, in free trade agreement (FTA) negotiations with Japan, Singapore and the European Free Trade Association and bilateral trade negotiations with the United States Trade Representatives (USTR), on telecommunications services, electronic commerce and digital products. He was a Research Fellow at Korea Information Strategy Development Institute (KISDI) under the office of Prime Minister and participated, as a legal expert, in Vietnam IT Law Legislation Project, which led to the passage of “Law on Information Technology” (“LUẬT CÔNG NGHỆ THÔNG TIN”: Vietnamese Law No. 67/2006/QH11). It was an Official Development Assistance (ODA) project conducted by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOCIA) under Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade. He, as a Foreign Legal Consultant at Kim & Chang (law firm), provided legal and regulatory advice to foreign investors regarding cross-border transactions and telecommunication/broadcasting regulations.
