LU Xinghai 노성해
	CCTV 중국 cctv 방송국 Branch Office President 한국지사장 노성해는 1972년 12월 24일 중국 길림성 유화현 삼원포에서 태어났다. 1992년 상해체육대학에서 스포츠뉴스를 전공했고, 2000년 CCTV스포츠채널에 입사해 바둑PD를 담당했다. 2006년부터 2009년까지 골프PD를 담당했으며, 2010년 4월 한국에 파견, 서울지국 설립부터 현재까지 지국장을 연임했다. 2013년과 2019년 서울오신클럽부회장을 역임했다. LU Xinghai was born on December 24, 1972 in Samwonpo, Yuhwa, Jilin province, China. In 1992, she majored in Sports News at Shanghai Physical Education University. In 2000, she joined CCTV Sports Channel and was in charge of Baduk PD. He served golf PD from 2006 to 2009, dispatched to Korea in April 2010, and has been the bureau director since the establishment of the Seoul bureau. He served as Vice Chairman of Seoul Oshin Club in 2013 and 2019.
