저우위보는 인민일보의 온라인 포털 인민망 한국지사 대표다. 저우 대표는 베이징 대외경제무역대학교 한국어학과 졸업 후 교수로서 14년간 후진을 양성했다. 2007년 서울대에서 박사학위를 받았다. 2011년 인민망 한국지사의 초대 대표를 맡아 한국과 중국을 연결하는 가교 역할을 맡고 있다. 현재 강원도 명예도지사, 서울시 명예시민, 재한 중국상공회의소 부회장을 맡고 있으며 이화여대 초빙교수를 지냈다. 주요저서는 인민망 매일 10분 중국어, 중한번역교육론 외 14개의 연구서 및 사전, 교재를 출간했다. 공공기관 등에서 100여 차례 이상 강연했고 KBS, MBC, YTN 등 방송 출연했다. 현재 양국의 문화, 사회, 경제 등 다양한 소식을 전하고 교류하는 중국 대표 언론활동을 하고 있다.

YuboZhou is the CEO of People’s Daily Online Korean branch. She spent 14 years at training the upcoming generation as a professor after graduate Korean language at University of International Business and Economics. At 2007, she received doctor’s degree at Seoul National University. After becoming the first CEO of People’s Daily Online Korean Branch at 2011, She has been working as a mediator between Korea and China. Yubo Zhou is currently honorary governor of Gangwon-Do province, honorary citizen of Seoul, vice president of the China Chamber of Commerce & Industry in Korea and also she was former visiting professor of Ewha Womans Univeristy. ‘People’s Daily Online Ten Minutes a Day Chinese’ and ‘Theory of Korean-Chinese translation education’ are her main publications. Also, she participated at publishing fourteen other research papers, dictionaries, and textbooks. Yubo Zhou has been lectured more than hundred times at public institutions, and appeared TV programs from KBS, MBC and YTN. Presently, Chief Executive Officer Yubo Zhou focuses on delivering news between Korea and China as a representative of Chinese journalists.
